This wine is made from grapes harvested in vineyards located in Nizza Monferrato, on the right side of the Belbo stream, at about 160 meters above sea level. The soil is calcareous and clayey. Sabolla is a wine of great structure, with an intense aroma and a distinctive spiciness.

12 months in wood and at least 12 in the bottle.
Colour
intense ruby red with typical violet reflections.
Aroma
full and complex, with notes of red fruits, cherries, vanilla, coffee beans, cocoa.
Taste
velvety and harmonious, well-balanced, full and persistent, with a spicy finish.
